Eleane is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She started working for Encouragers in 2018 and then moved to Richmond, Virginia. In 2024, Encouragers Counseling & Training Centers expanded to the Commonwealth of Virginia and is serving the communities near Richmond, Virginia at:

Eleane is currently providing Clinical Supervision, training support, and is overseeing the development of Encouragers' East Coast Region.
