Our Story
Vicki Coffman LMFT founded Encouragers Counseling & Training Centers and acts as Board President.

Tabitha Shannon Registered Nurse has been with ECTC from inception. She is the Secretary who keeps us on track and organized.
​
Mechelle Robinson LMFT was the first Intern in Practicum to join the Encouragers Team and is now a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Mechelle keeps us current with legal mandates and policy concerns.

Christina Rood is the newest member to the board and oversees marketing and website development.
